Putnam Christian Outreach, Inc., was organized for the purpose of helping needy families and individuals within the community. Needs are assessed by a committee, and if criteria are met, families and individuals may receive assistance in the form of food, clothings, and /or financial aid for prescriptions, medical travel, and utilities. The organization is supported primarily by donations from individuals and area churches
