New Life Outreach Center was created in 1995 as a grassroots program stemming from a food program that feed the hungry and homeless in the surrounding community and counties. As word of the program was spread throughout the neighborhoods more people came to us with their needs. We then realized this was bigger than food alone by unmeasurable terms. We began to put in place Programs that not only helped those in need but also taught them how to help themselves. In measuring our program outcomes we have found a great need for commitment towards those who are physically, educationally impaired/developmentally disabled, Poor, and Socially Impoverished.
