Founded in 1994 by Russ and Judy Williams, Gospel Truth Outreach was formed to help Christians defend, preserve and amplify their Christian walk in a post-Christian era. We especially seek out and train Christians who are former members of suchfaith traditions as Islam, Baha'i, Buddhism, Hinduism, Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, as well as former atheists, agnostics, and New Agers.Regular lectures, seminars, panel discussions on controversial religious subjects bring a diverse group together for intellectual exercise. Former members of various belief systems share their experiences and answer questions, from an evangelical Christian perspective.Through our website at gto.org we actively correspond with people of all religious views including skeptics.Our volunteers are available to speak in churches, as well as to individuals. We are frequently requested to meet directly with loved ones who are considering joining a non-Christian religion in order to help individuals apply logic to their decision-making process.Our benevolence programs center on anti-human trafficking issues and crisis intervention without discrimination toward any individual.
