Community Outreach
Churches Outreach Network (CON) brings church leaders together to reach out in to the community and bring people back to Christ. We reach out to those who do not know about Jesus in hopes of saving their lives and souls.
Our focus is helping people in the community, especially those who are not a part of the Body of Christ and those who are not attending church. We provide a network of community and business resource and referrals.
Our Outreach Network consists of Community Leaders, Pastors, Ministers, Organizational Leaders, Businesses and Business Owners. We network together as one group ministering the Word of God and assisting those in need.
We Care Program:
The program is designed to provide resources and training to residents of the shelter, individuals in the community, and individuals who have previously been incarcerated. The goal is to train individuals by providing them with the necessary tools and resources that will prepare them for a self-sufficient life.
The training program is four weeks and focuses on continuing education, job training, resume writing, interview techniques, job placement, rental assistance, VA assistance, and disability assistance.
Training is offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM.
Churches Outreach Network and the We Care Program partner with local agencies to provide these resources and services.
