Jesus And Me Youth Outreach Ministries Inc. is a faith based not for profit organization that was founded in 1998 and received it 501C 3 in 2001. The goal of J.A.M is to provide spiritual guidance and a variety of social services for at risk youth and their families in the Central Nassau Communities that include Freeport, Roosevelt and Uniondale primarily but extended to Baldwin and Hempstead as well. Among the primary issues that J.A.M seeks to address through our after school program is school retention through graduation, academic achievement and preparedness, partnerships and linkages for easy access and smooth transition to institutions of higher education, interventions in the cycle of juvenile delinquency, crime and gang prevention.
