Horizon House Outreach Indianapolis Information:
Horizon House is the only full-service day center in Indianapolis; serving approximately 3,000 of our homeless neighbors each year!
With over 40,000 visits to our facilities in 2011 alone, we work to empower our neighbors to permanently end their homelessness through a full array of services; from showers and laundry facilities to case management, medical and mental health clinics.
Each day we see up to 200 of our homeless neighbors in Indianapolis -- affirming each person as a valuable community member, offering restored dignity and a hopeful future.
