Our mission is to build strong communities and transform lives by bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds with the intent to build networks of supports and training for the entire family. We believe that people must have access to computing and internet resources in order to participate in the emerging information economy. We also believe that the voices of low-income communities add a valuable perspective to the emerging public discussion on the internet. DAWN will be a model for how universal access to information technologies can be a window to education, workforce ready, vocational and occupational preventive home maintenance techniques, technical and social opportunities.
