Community Development Outreach, Inc. was founded in 1998 and, grew out of the need to help the community solve the problems of the poor and the needy. Our mission is to spiritually rehabilitate the many of them that are less fortunate than us. Our goal is to prevent homelessness by supplying low-income housing,jobs and job training.
